Locally-sourced beef, lamb and pork is our speciality – we serve only the finest heifer beef from local farmers in the Aberdeenshire area, reared with expert care and fed fresh grass and pure, North East Scottish water. All of our prime cuts are sourced from Inverurie-based ScotBeef.

Ageing

Our sirloin and ribeye steaks are dry-aged for 21 to 28 days, and our world-class Tomahawk steak for 33 days, maximising its robust, succulent flavour.

Using our state-of-the-art Synergy grill, we chargrill our steaks at 360 degrees. Throughout the cooking process, the juices from the steaks drip down onto a stone base and are then reabsorbed by the cut, providing the ultimate flame-grilled flavour experience with each bite.

Each of our mouth-watering cuts is carefully and lightly seasoned with salt and pepper to ensure the natural flavour of our top-quality steaks is front-and-centre.
